C-Suite & Executive Leaders
All SMEs and scale-ups would benefit from a Chief People Officer, but budgeting for a full time role is costly. Vantage Points makes having access to a highly experienced CPO affordable and accessible, from a minimum of 2 hours and up to half a day per month. In these unique 1:1 sessions, we work with you to formulate leadership and people strategy, and turn your people problems into opportunities. The sessions will highlight relevant principles and provide workable ways to apply these to your day-to-day business.
