Thought Leaders

We periodically host Mastermind Lunches to gather the brightest minds across different sectors to share their perspectives and explore new ideas. They offer a unique opportunity for invited guests to connect, share and grow in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Inspired by Napoleon Hill's "Mastermind Principle", each lunch is centred around a specific theme, designed to challenge and expand participants' thinking and produce a 'sum of the whole' perspective which we share widely as a contribution to the wider discussion about leadership. 

At each lunch, guests are encouraged to prepare a short speech or manifesto on the theme, and then engage in an active and supportive discussion with the other participants. Our lunches are held at the AllBright Club in Mayfair, and provide a space where guests can shed any preconceptions about their job titles or backgrounds and simply connect with each other as equals.
