1) Employees across many organisational settings feeling low levels of engagement, creative agency and autonomy. Amazing potential not always realised to the full.
2) Leaders in senior positions craving more impact. Many leaders playing smaller than their inner potential but feeling held back in some way by time, overwhelm or a perception of the ‘corporate way’.
I have always felt that we can and must change this! There is untapped potential in ourselves and our teams and I, like you, am ambitious to unlock it.

I have been really lucky throughout my career to work for some amazing organisations and with even more amazing people. It never ceases to astound me the creativity and capability that exists within our workplaces.
There is so much changing in our working world from technology to social inclusion and environmental responsibility. We need to re-set our expectations of leadership and re-discover the essence of our purpose and inspiring collective agency in others. The curious leader in touch with their humanity at the core of their daily practice, will build connection and therefore create thriving, profitable and sustainable working cultures now and in the future.
To reach a position of Executive leadership was an ambition of mine because I always felt I had something important to contribute to the world. I'm sure you feel this way too! As I grew in my leadership career and had the privilege to lead large teams and contribute at the highest level, I realised that being intentional and in service of purpose and people was sometimes drowned out in my day to day experience. I certainly held the confidence of many leaders who felt the same.
I made it my mission to centre my own leadership practice in clarity, compassion and ensuring I had the space to grow and lead from a place of calm assurance. This takes work, commitment and confidence in a working world where good leadership is often heralded as striving, busy, long hours and a laser focus on numbers and financial performance.
I am a super pragmatic person - I understand what is required of leaders in organisational settings and the challenge to be your whole self when you have demands and complexity at every turn. Every tool and method I share and every coaching conversation we have is rooted in practical reality and creating simplicity from complexity.
